At Roman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if a piece isn't the right fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Roman account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
